Reveries is delighted to present the first release on the label, crafted and curated in all its aspects by the mysterious and elusive duo Vinegar Orch.

Our first installment consists of two tracks representing two different interpretations of current electronic music that transcend the boundaries of both club and non-club contexts. “BBB” starts right off the bat with cavernous drums, grainy synths and daydreaming atmospheres. Robotic rhythms and ethereal sounds come and go until the track implodes by itself and bursts into a million pieces. Those get recollected and reconfigured in the last part in a grandiose, emotional and gripping finale. “I Am Bent” opens up with skittering layered grains, somber soundscapes and pulsating heartbeats which gently evolve into a funereal, yet emotive and hopeful piece of music that transports its listeners through an inner, turbulent world. The ending remains uncertain, ambiguous and open to interpretation.

This work is a meaningful representation of what Reveries stands for: complex, cerebral, but at the same time raw and emotional music that overcomes borders of genres or contexts that the music refers to.
